I'm Mardy Hillengas, an alumna of the M.Arch program at Taubman College of Art and Architecture, University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Prior to that, I earned BAs in History and Studio Art from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My passion for traditional art continues to influence and enhance my journey into digital media.

I'm passionate about using digital technologies like XR, lidar scans, and gaming engines to enhance physically embodied storytelling. Besides my academic pursuits, I enjoy learning new skills, from computational design in Grasshopper to picking up new songs on the guitar.
